FREEBEE FRIDAY

FREE Dry Erase Perpetual Calendar

This Friday’s Freebee is all about organization!  With everyone back to school, activities and events are starting to fill your already busy days.

I created this simple project for you to use to help keep you and your family organized.

STEP ONE:

Download your FREE PRINTABLE CALENDAR here.

This is a standard 8.5″ x 11″ that can be printed from any home printer. Once you subscribe, check your spam or junk folder for you freebee.

Download the FREE pdf and print ! It’s that easy!

STEP TWO:

Decide how you want to use your calendar.

If you want to use it as a perpetual dry erase calendar, you have several options for making it erasable.

Option #1

Print off you calendar and insert into a page protector as I did here.

Then I simply hung it on my fridge using some cute magnets we already had.

Since these were items I already had in my house, this was TOTALLY FREE!

You can pick up a pack of 10 page protecters from Walmart for under $6. Click here for page protectors

OPTION #2

For this option you will need to grab a roll of Peel and Stick Laminate. You can find some here

  1. Download the calendar template.
  2. Print onto regular size printer paper.
  3. Layout your roll of laminate and cut 2 piece 9×12.
  4. Remove backing from piece one and centre your printout on the piece. It does not matter which side is up as we will be placing the 2nd piece of cut peel and stick laminate on the other side.
  5. Remove the backing from the 2nd piece of laminate and place onto of the printer paper. Your “sandwich” should be as follows: laminate then printout, then laminate.
  6. Trim around edges to even out.
  7. Use some cute magnets and hang on your fridge.
I use this for my peel and stick laminate crafts: Duck Brand Peel and Stick

OPTION #3

  1. Download the calendar template.
  2. Follow your laminator’s instruction to laminate your calendar.
  3. Use some cute magnets and hang on your fridge.
I use the Scotch Thermal Laminator that I picked up at Walmart for UNDER $20 and it comes with 2 sheets of laminate.
I love having a laminator around so I can create other dry erase projects and crafts.
It’s perfect to protect and preserve those special awards and certificates, or artwork your children bring home.
