ORDERS CONTAINING BOTH SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS AND UVDTF/DTF TRANSFERS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES
THAT MUST BE PAID BEFORE ITEMS SHIPPLEASE NOTE IS FOR A UVDTF TRANSFER ONLY.

UV DTF transfers allow you to expand your products you offer to customers without large expenses involved in specialty printers etc.
Our transfers are printed in Canada using commercial grade equipment.

Application:
Clean and dry surface
Apply pressure to the printed design
Peel the transparent film carrier from the white backing
Apply the transfer to the surface
Apply pressure to the printed design
Peel the carrier film to leave the design on the surface
Using a squeegee and tumbler cradle can also help with application, but are not necessary.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME:
Generally orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. This doesn’t include weekends or holidays. NOTE: During peak and busy business seasons (eg. Black Friday, Christmas) processing times can be delayed, AND couriers may also experience longer shipping times

Canadian orders ship with Purolator and are tracked.
US orders ship with Purolator and are tracked.

We are not responsible for application issues and recommend if you are new to this technique, purchase a few extras to practice with.

Returns/Refund
We do not process refunds/returns.

You agree to immediately examine any Product for defects upon receipt of delivery and before any alterations or embellishments are made and/or transfers used.
All orders that are examined after 4 days of delivery will be rejected

If there is a problem with your transfers, contact us IMMEDIATELY and provide photos of items and issues. We will review the issue and work with you where possible for resolution.
