FILES ARE PRINTED in the quality provided. We recommend 300dpi
When sending files, they need to be print ready. No editing will be done on our end.
We will size your file for your order only.
The width is based on the longest side of your image. We do not distort proportions and we will print mirrored for pressing.
Example: Your file measure 3 inch wide by 4" high. You ask for the width to be 6". We will size it based on the 4" high - making it 4.5" by 6".
MAXIMUM DIMENSION:
The largest print area is 8inch by 12 inch.
GANG SHEET: WE DO OFFER GANG SHEETS. This can be a great way to save time and money. See shop listings to order gang sheets.
This is a TRANSFER ONLY. Items like t-shirts, mugs etc are for illustration purposes.
You will not receive a completed tee/mug etc.
You will only be mailed a transfer.

SUBLIMATION INFO:
These transfers will not print white ink. If there is white in the design image, it will become the colour of the fabric applied to.
Each transfer is one time use.
Sublimation onto shirts requires garment have a minimum 50% polyester count. The higher the polyester count the brighter the print will become.
Sublimation does NOT work on cotton or dark shirts.
Heat Press is required, Irons are not sufficient and won’t work
Time, temperature and pressure is determined by the item you are making. Refer to the information provided by supplier (eg. mug, tee, etc)

Letter mail can NOT be tracked nor replaced if lost in mail.
